Wanted to make this journal to put out my thoughts after rewatching most of season 1, and seeing some reviews. So I decided to rewatch some old cartoons to see how they hold up, and much to my delight, Teamo Supremo holds up really well. I think its pretty unfair this show gets compared to PPG when it barely resembles anything about it other than it being a trio superhero cartoon. There was very little of these during this era so the variety was nice. Im especially happy that Captain Crandall is such a nicely written character. being he's basically the main character of the show as he leads the team, he's noble, selfless, smart, quick witted, abit zany and still a kid but heroic and trustworthy. I saw reviews claiming he's a boring character calling him a normal kid, but this is a kid who was so passionate about being a super hero, he believed he was an alien and his super power were developing (which turns out they were) and so kind that he made a charity present drive for less fortunate children on his super hero birthday. like wow what a "BORING" character right? I'm happy this show held to the test of time, it just had the misfortune of being run by disney which is a death sentence to alot of good cartoons. there MIGHT be abit of bias, but i think its fair to say there is always some level of bias. I watched and loved this show as a kid, so my perception is abit skewed but i dont let nostalgia blind me from what can be good and what isnt. def looking forward to watching some more old cartoons i haven't seen in ages to see how they hold up. cartoons exempt from this (cause i rewatch them almost every year or 2): El Tigre, Mucha Lucha, Kick Buttowski, MLAATR, AOSTH, SMBSS, Time Squad (probs some others when i remember) are there any shows you been rewatching lately? rap with me

I'm 30, when I joined DA it was back in 2008. I cant believe its been over 12 years. I've seen so much change in this site, In friends, In people. and despite that here i am, i might take a long Time to upload stuff cause the stuff i make normally cant go here, but eventually i do. Cant believe I do too. nothing will ever replace the memories of doing El Tigre and Mucha Lucha content on this website and the amazing friends i made. Some have left some have returned. how are you guys doing. DA is still around so update me on how you have been

Hey all, Zeo here. As you are no doubt aware, its been a little over a week since Paper Mario The Origami King released. I'm curious on our thoughts on it so lets have us a grand ole discussion. How do YOU feel about origami king? does it live up to expectations? did it surpass? did it falter in your eyes? You are welcome to share your thoughts with others here. 2 things tho. 1 Its ok to dislike Paper Mario and its currnt direction, its not ok to dislike others for not agreeing with that. People who like modern paper mario are allowed to. and 2 THERE WILL be tolorence for agreesive or excessive arguing. we're all fans so lets treat eachother with respect. On that note. there was also a recent interview with director Kensuke Tanabe. if you havent seen it here https://www.videogameschronicle.com/features/interviews/paper-mario-origami-king/ This would also be something interesting to discuss. I look forward to reading your thoughts
